  • For audio issues, always check your sample rate setting first (48000 Hz).
  • For connection issues, use the Test Connection button on the Server tab.

What to include in your ticket

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help. Please include:

  • Your Windows version (10 or 11)
  • SoundCast edition (Free or Pro) and version number
  • What you were doing when the issue occurred
  • Any error messages displayed on screen
